                          Duties: - Managing multi-nationalities team.
 - Reporting on daily basis to HQ management.
 - Keeping daily contact with HQ departments on financial, strategic planning & customer relations issues.
 - Increase sales and reaching out targets for new and existing clients. 
 - Meeting with executives, expand client base & take actions in business development.
 - Responsible of human resources and recruiting to expand team.
 - Expand usage of Amsalem's Travel Management online Tool among new and existing clients.
 - Implementation of Amsalem's Travel Management online Tool to clients in APAC.
 - Advancing technological solutions.
 - Guide and train existing and new agents with Amsalem's technology tools and service quality standards, in order to improved performance.
 - Maintaining high level of customer service, competitiveness & promoting creativity
 - Providing professional Travel Management services to our foreign clients, corporate accounts & VIP clients. 
 - Providing creative solutions to problems/requirements related to the travel plans of our customers.
 
 Requirements: - Min 2 years experience as Business Travel Agent for corporate accounts.
 - Min 4 years experience as Team/Operation Manager. 
 - Experience in front-line sales and/or customer services.
 - Experience working in Travel & Expense Management Software is a MUST.  
 - GTP & TAS will be an advantage. 
 - Professional working on Amadeus/ GDS systems.
 - High level of service attitude, matched with our global company standards.
 - Excellent command in English (verbal & written), Hebrew (verbal & written) will be a strong advantage.
