                          | RESPONSIBILITIES Provide IT support to the Command/Division Headquarters, Corps (Churches) and other sites as instructed.Manage the IT Helpdesk Support systemProvide support to email system, Human Resources System, Finance System and Central IT provisioning systemsProvide IT training to the Salvation Army’s user communityMaintain and administrate various network, servers and information systemsCover IT responsibilities in the absence of IT Officer(s)Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by the IT Director / Senior IT Officer(s)
 REQUIREMENTS An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation ArmyDegree/Diploma in IT or equivalent qualificationMinimum 4 years’ relevant experienceKnowledge in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft products, O365, IBM Lotus Notes, VMware, VDI, Linux, web applications, mobile apps, networking devices (routers, switches, etc), SAN/NAS, data/system backup & recovery, and other IT hardwareProven troubleshooting skillStrong communication skill with quality customer servicesReliable, proactive and be able to work with minimal supervisionGood command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
