職位要求: |
Responsibilities- Provide first level support, diagnose and resolve any issues regarding website & mobile APP
- Provide hotline and customer service support for internal users
- Take the ownership to keep track of application issues and their status
- Perform website & mobile APP maintenance tasks
- Liaise with users and vendors on requirements and resources
Requirements- High diploma or above in Information System or Business related discipline
- 2 years’ work experience in IT or eCommerce
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skill
- Enjoy a dynamic and multi-tasking working environment
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
