The Salvation Army is currently seeking applications for the position of Headmaster / Headmistress of Primary School from 1 September 2020. Applicants should be able to: - Foster the educational mission and vision of The Salvation Army
- Demonstrate excellent skills on leadership, management and interpersonal relationships
- Promote student learning through innovation and recognition of achievement
- Unite staff around shared development goals
- Manage the human and financial resources of the school
- Meet all EDB requirements for school principalship
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Applicants should have at least 5 years’ experience in senior educational management
