| 職位要求： |
RESPONSIBILITIES:
⚫ Daily maintenance of IT equipment / hardware & software installation
⚫ Provides production support and technical support for hardware, software, network and operating systems
⚫ Co-ordinate with external vendors on hardware and application software inquiries and maintenance
⚫ Participates in projects implementation
⚫ Assist the compilation and management of IT budget, IT operation procedures and other IT related documentations
⚫ Provide IT training to the Recycling Programme’s user
⚫ Provide other IT-related support as required
⚫ Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
⚫ Understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of the Salvation Army
⚫ Degree / Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
⚫ Min 4 years’ experience in IT support and project management
⚫ Experience in POS, ERP, Human Resources System, website development and mobile apps
⚫ Familiar with at least one programming language, e.g. Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, PHP, SQL, PowerShell
⚫ Proven troubleshooting skills
⚫ Strong customer focus
⚫ Reliable, proactive and be able to work with minimal supervision
⚫ Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese |
