                          - Identify training needs and develop training plans with regular review and evaluation to meet business needs
 
- Plan, design and deliver training activities including classroom & outdoor training and e-learning
 
- Deliver training programs on product knowledge, selling skills and performance improvement to staff
 
- Review course evaluation for further enhancement or improvement
 
- Provide appropriate coaching to new joiners to maximize training performance
 
- Handle administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments as required
 
- Execute staff motivation programs to achieve better staff retention and sense of belonging
 
- Support in ad-hoc projects as assigned
 
 
   
The Person 
- Degree in Business or related discipline with solid training experience & good presentation skill
 
- At least 3 years solid experience in training, preferably in retails, customer service and hospitality industry
 
- Experience of designing and developing innovative learning and development solutions is a plus
 
- Detailed-minded, flexible, a good team-player, able to perform in a dynamic & challenging environment
 
- Strong self-motivation, able to work independently under pressure and tight deadline
 
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
 
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
 
- Good PC knowledge especially MS Powerpoint, Excel, and Word
