職位要求: |
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with shipping and logistic partners to arrange for order shipments
- Handle daily customer inquiries via emails and social media platforms (e.g. about order delivery, return management, etc.)
- Manage order processing cycle with other departments
- Support daily operations and office management
- Prepare financial reports for managerial use
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant experience and degrees are great and appreciated. However, above all we are looking for someone who is smart, hard-working and able to figure new things out quickly
- Previous customer service working experience
- Effective customer handling and problem solving skills
- Good telephone manner, customer-orientated, inter-personal skills & serving attitude
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Speedy and accurate typing skills
- Immediate availably is highly preferred.
