職位要求: |
Responsibilities:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
- Provide helpdesk support to clients through phone call and email
- Provide onsite break fix support to clients
- Provide collocation support to clients
- IT issue include AD Window hardware software some server finance software.
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Diploma or above in computer or related discipline with 2 - 4 years IT helpdesk Support working experience
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Customer-oriented with good communication and good sense
- Good command of both written and spoken English, good in mandarin;
- Immediately availability is preferred
