About Hong Kong Lash Association

Founded in 2016, Hong Kong Lash Association (HKLA) is the Approved Centre of Training Qualifications UK (TQUK), Ofqual regulated Awarding Organisation under the British Government. With the mission of eyelash styling professionalisation, HKLA is committed to promoting the correct concept of eyelash extension and services to the general public.


HKLA offers TQUK Certificate in Eyelash Extension Services course (Level 2) (equivalent to the ability level of the second level of the British qualification framework) and other trainings for eyelash related services. Besides, HKLA provides a platform for eyelash stylists to exchange and enhance their knowledge and skills in eyelash services. HKLA is committed to the innovation and development of eyelash extension and services technology.

Job Purpose :

  • Provide all-rounded reception and administrative services for Eyelash Pro and Hong Kong Lash Association.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and handle enquiries in a professional manner.

  • Ensure all reading materials and equipment in common areas and classrooms are well maintained.

  • Perform various administrative duties, including course administration, order pantry items, verify invoices, and arrange monthly payment, etc.

  • Prepare regular report and maintain daily record of service booking, room booking and class arrangement in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Provide support to clients receiving eyelash extension services and students on online and onsite learning arrangements.

  • Co-ordinate with vendor / service provider regarding office facilities maintenance.

  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.


Requirements :

  • Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above.

  • Presentable, independent and customer-oriented.

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.

  • Photo (Adobe PS, AI) and video editing proficiency preferred.


Working Hours :

  • Shifted work required, 9 hours per day

  • Monday to Friday 11:00 - 20:00

  • Saturday 10:00 - 19:00

  • Sunday & Public Holidays 11:00 - 20:00


Resting Days :

  • On rotation, 8 resting days per month

  • 10 days of Paid Annual Leave

  • Birthday Leave

  • Entitled to statutory holidays as specified in the Employment Ordinance
