職位要求: |
Responsibilities:
- Perform and manage reception duties
- Manage reservations, greet guests cordially, plan table placements and escort customers to their tables
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Handle customer contact politely and report guest complaints to Operations Managers as appropriate
- Assist in restaurant duties as assigned by Operations Managers and create a collaborating team
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience is preferred, fresh graduates are also welcomed
- Excellent guest interaction skills
- Good communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Guest oriented and a good team player
- Energetic, passionate, presentable and polite attitude
