We provide 1-stop recruitment & secondment services to many major corporations of diversified business natures. We engaged of sourcing IT Professionals to fulfill different business needs of our clients. Helping to pick the best candidates for the job. We aim to assist our clients to develop strategies and policies that enlarge the recruitment channels which enabling them to increase their service capabilities and focus on developing the core business.
Job details: Provide guidance to the quarantine person for setting up and on usage of the system and mobile app Provide technical and operational support to system and app Provide helpdesk support to the public in response to enquiries Assist in monitoring the mobile app and associated devices Assist in daily administrative duties, including preparation of daily statistical reports Test the app for bug fixing and enhancement Carry out any other activities which are necessary for the satisfactory completion of the operation
Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects 6 months experience in office automation Good knowledge of Android and iOS mobile phone Familiar with EXCEL including the usage of macro and formula Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin Shift roster is required including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
