職位要求: |
Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager to lead and supervise a team of Handover Ambassadors to arrange handover services for all new development projects
- Conduct pre-handover unit inspection and monitor initial cleaning works
- Prepare handover documents and materials
- Deliver quality handover and customer services for all new development projects
- Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions
- Coordinate with project team to ensure all defect rectification works conducted in a timely manner
- Assist in preparing handover or defect records and reports
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Real Estate, Building Services, Customer Services or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' building management or customer services experience with 1 years in supervisory level
- Proven experience in takeover of new development is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Presentable, Proactive, detailed-minded and good interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and good communication skills
- Capable of working under pressure
- Shift duty is required
- Immediate available is preferred
