職位要求: |
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order taking, issuing invoices and delivery notes with accounting / ERP system
- Handle incoming calls in a professional manner, answer inquiries received by phone and by email
- Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems and request
- Provide quality customer service including order processing, follow up and delivery arrangement with good communication skill, friendly and polite manner
Requirements:
- Strong team player with a positive personality
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good telephone manner
- Good PC knowledge in MS office and both Chinese and English typing
Other Details:
- Salary is commensurate with qualification and experience
- Performance bonus + year-end bonus + special bonus
- Medical allowance
- 5-day work and bank holidays
