A well-established Multi-national Trading of Pharmaceutical and health care products, headquartered in Overseas.

Duties:

• Report to the Business Manager (English-speaking)

• Collect & analyze sales data to consolidate the sales report

• Handle quotations, customer orders, invoices, I/E documents and declaration

• Update the order status in the system and maintain the database

• Liaise with factories to monitor production and ensure timely shipment

• Handle all transportation arrangements including ocean/airfreight as well as local transportation  

Requirements:  

• Over 3 years of logistics/shipping experience in the manufacturing/trading industry

• Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin

• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing

• Flexible, stable, and pleasant personality  

• A stable working record will be a plus
