Job dutiesFocus on training frontline retail staff Assist in writing training manual for product training Client Details My client is a well known fashion brand in Hong Kong and is looking for a training officer to assist in product training. Description - Conduct training programs and skills workshops for front line fashion advisors
- Assist in writing training manual for product training
- Review training effectiveness by assessing employee performance and trainee's feedback;
- Participate and coordinate in learning and talent development projects
- Maintain training record, prepare training report and follow up
- Support company events and staff communications activities when necessary
Profile - Education in relevant discipline
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience preferably in fashion retail industry
- Strong presentation skill
- Customer oriented and strong fashion sense
- Good communication skills
