Client Details

My client is a new food and beverage brand in Hong Kong and is looking for a committed Restaurant Manager to manage its entire operations

Description

• Oversee the restaurant operation's efficiency, execute strategies to achieve company goals, sales target, and brand development
• Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in a warm and friendly
• Lead, supervise, and coach service staff on delivering high quality customer service.
• Controls Profit & Loss - following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports, and taking the appropriate actions
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Kitchen Team to ensure efficiency and minimise wastage

Profile

• At least 5 - 8 years or above management experience in Food and Beverage Industry
• Experience in overall F & B business management; with start-ups preferred
• Must have a cheerful and enthusiastic personality that will energise others!
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent business acumen
• Strong communication skills and leadership capability
