Job Responsibilities    

• Manage key social media platforms and online marketing approaches like websites, E-shop, SEM, SEO, etc to ensure information are up-to-date
• Develop engaging, creative bilingual content for social media & E-shop, including writing and editing of social media feeds
• Handle customers’ enquiries and surface relevant customer comments on social media channels and respond accordingly
• Develop social media calendar coinciding with new product releases, marketing campaigns or other brand objectives
• Plan and execute online campaigns via multiple channels including social media, digital paid media and key opinion leaders (KOL), etc. to drive customer engagement and conversions
• Provide administration support to the marketing team
• Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related business field
• 1-2 years of working experience in related field
• Digital marketing skill, knowledge on website CMS, e-commerce system, social media platforms, GA, SEO / SEM, webinar
• Strong interpersonal skill, good in communication & presentation, good analytical & problem-solving skills, creative and attention to details
• Ability to coordinate projects and deal with multiple departments and external parties
• Willing to learn and take up challenges to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge in graphic and design software is an advantage
