An expanding leading global manufacturer in garment accessories are now looking for a high calibre candidate for the following new headcount:

Duties:

• Report to the Chairman

• Lead and oversee Sales Department in HK and China

• Utilize the resources of global manufacturing set to develop business strategies

• Build and maintain the relationship with existing customers to seek new business opportunities

• Create marketing campaigns and new products to infiltrate the market share

• Prepare a yearly budget plan and sales forecast

• Act as a company representative to build a strong brand presence and product promotion

• Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to achieve the mutual benefit of both sides with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Attend industries conferences, trade shows and major events to further marketing knowledge.

• Monitor staff performance and perform the evaluation

• Business trip to US & EU if necessary

Requirements

• Over 8 years working experience

• Over 5 years of sales & marketing experience in intimate apparel, garment or textile industries

• Experience working successfully with customers

• Ability to communicate effectively in speech & writing

• Excellent leadership and organizing skills

• Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills

• A stable working record will be a plus
