職位要求: |
Responsibilities
- Office and center purchasing (only stationery / sundries)
- Manage center name badge and invoice printing
- Handle bill checking and monitor payment deadline
- Front desk management including courier / greeting guests / phone call pick up etc
- Handle credit card statement report and uniform cleaning report (one time per month)
- Center inventory stock take (one time per month)
- Center materials checking (work with Ops Admin)
- Update floor plan and contact list
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- 1 year of work experience in administration
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word processing
- Hard working with strong sense of responsibility
- A good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Attentive to the details, well-organized, able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to work 3-4 half day / week
