Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the frontline team to achieve business targets, service standards, and business development
- Oversee and manage daily operations of all POS including targets, budget, frontline services, visual merchandising, inventory, store logistics and maintenance to achieve company objectives
- Review, design to improve current processes and coordinate organization’s procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Explore new ideas on promotion, retailtainmnet and engagement events to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders, trade partners and develop sales plans to maximize growth opportunities
- Handle frontline HR matters such as roster, attendance record and documents follow up etc.
- Provide training, coaching and counselling to frontline. Able to develop team to demonstrate strong ownership
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, experience in beauty industry is an advantage
- Ability to analyze business strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work across different teams
- Strong in team building and forward thinking with positive working attitude
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Retail Manager
