Job Description:
- Manages day to day operations within a high availability environment
- Supports project, maintenance and administration tasks on MS Windows Server
- Ensures the Microsoft’s based environment is protected with latest security setting / patch, endpoint protection, system hardening
- Communicates with internal teams for technical support matters
- Performs other ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Microsoft MCSE qualification
- at least 5 years of relevant work experience on Windows server support
- good knowledge with preferable skills in, Network, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewall & mobile device
- strong command in written/spoken English
- initiative and analytical mind and can work under pressure
- require to provide 7x24 standby support
