Responsibilities
- Monitor network and security operation
- Manage, monitor and troubleshoot server and network infrastructure
- Provide technical support and maintenance services
- Perform new system testing and implementation
- Research on new technology and perform product evaluation
- Assist and coordinate with vendors in the design, implementation and maintenance of IT project
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science / Information Systems or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in network infrastructure, security and project implementation
- Solid experience in networking on Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Ruckus and etc. (mainly on L2 and L3 routing and switching)
- Experience of administrate security related systems and related products such as IDS, IPS, WAF, EDR, UEBA, SIEM, NAC, PAM, anti-virus and APT solution, and Sandbox solution is a plus
- IT certification holder such as CCNA or equivalent is preferable
- Penetration test and vulnerability scanning knowledge is a plus
- Good working attitude with analytical mind, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Network Engineer
