Requirement :

• Holder of F5 certificate under HKCEE or F6 certificate under HKDSE or above

• With at least 2 years’ relevant working experience

• Basic spoken and written English and Chinese

• Good typing skills (both English and Chinese) and use of computer, including MS office

• Experience in handling HKSAR Government document is preferable

• Posses a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is preferable

• Less experience is welcome.

Responsibilities :

• Operation of the contract, such as provision of documentation including works order, regular reports

• Checking the entitlement of the maintenance service

• Monitoring of the fault repair works progress

• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Working hours : Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30 or 09:00-18:00
