Job Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for handling daily export operation, daily report preparing, transportation arrangement & billing
-
Communicate with internal & overseas customers to ensure a smooth running of the process
-
Assist to solve customers’ issues & complaint
-
Responsible for effective working practices with the customer
Job Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years of working experience in freight forwarder
-
Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
-
Responsible, self-managed and willing to work overtime
-
Basic Knowledge of Excel & Word
