| Your role
- Provide professional concierge & customer services to clients via phone calls or email
- Handle customer inquiries globally and fulfill customer requests in areas including dining reservations, travel planning, shopping services, entertainment, sports, recreation & special events
- Manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers, learning their preferences
To succeed in this role
- Certificate holder or above
- Strong business sense with good customer service and problem solving skills
- Effective communication in written & verbal English & Chinese
- Outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to effectively and efficiently man the system in use
Keen interest in lifestyle living & enjoy helping people
- Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Required shift and holiday work
