Job dutiesManage the entire logistics operations of the region Be the team leader to each country logistics director Client Details My client is well known fashion brand and is looking for an professional to manage its entire international logistics operations. Description - Direct the entire region logistics, warehousing, retail distribution and end-to-end supply chain requirements
- Formulate distribution strategies to ensure the finished goods from factories are distributed to different region destinations timely and accurately in the most cost-efficient way.
- Lead regional contract negotiation with logistics and 3PL DC service provider
- Review and implement logistics procedures to ensure smooth work flow in the region
- Establish and improve SOP(s) and conduct regular KPI analysis and reporting to global head to ensure effective operation
- Work with the different countries logistics management teams to promote a culture of operational excellence and a continuous improvement mindset through standardisation, technology and innovation.
- Lead project teams in cross functional logistics and supply chain improvement strategies / related business initiatives
Profile - Education in relevant discipline
- 13 - 18 years of experience in Logistics operations and order fulfilment
- Experience regional management of logistics operations with strong leadership & communication ability
- Excellent logistics IT application skills
