Your role:
- Handle customer inquiries and comments on social media channels and respond accordingly
- Execute social media efforts to maintain good relationships with customers
- Develop a consistent brand image across multiple platforms
- Stay up-to-date on social media platform trends
- Follow procedures and workflows with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements properly
- Assist on ad-hoc jobs
To succeed in this role:
- HKCEE/ HKDSE graduate or above
- Social media management experience is a must
- Good command of both written English and Chinese
- Creative, good analytical mind, and able to work independently
- Knowledge in computer applications e.g. Internet, Microsoft Office
- Work location: Kowloon Bay
