Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with top tier China Corporates Clients, mainly SOEs.
• You will work together with the product and execution teams to advise clients on various financial solutions including corporate finance, leveraged and structured finance, project finance, DCM and syndications and other financial advisory.
• You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on deal related activities.
• You will also create and identify cross-selling opportunities of capital markets, financial and advisory products to the clients

Requirements:

• University degree of banking, finance, business management, accounting, and related disciplines
• At least 7 - 10 years of Corporate Banking experience, with strong client coverage and distribution exposure in mainland China, preferably with top tier China Corporate, such as SOEs and red-chip
• Fluent in English and Chinese
