Job Responsibilities:

• Actively seeking out opportunities and initiating up-sales process by calling to potential customers and preparing publicity and pitching materials for projects
• Prepare Sales presentations, Business Proposals in a professional manner.
• Prepare & follow up quotation with clients
• Work as a team leader for the field work team, by preparing equipment and manpower.
• Working closely with technical teams
• Perform some QA activities, e.g. Handling customer feedback/complaint, and take corrective and preventive actions accordingly
• Prepare Annual Internal Quality Audit (IQA)

Requirements:

• Vaild ISO9001 Auditor certificate
• At least 2 years working experience in Sales & Marketing or QA
• Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills
• Well organised, Self-motivative, meticulous with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
• Strong client connections in Property management, Hotel Management companies, NGO and Schools, or fleets would be an advantage.
• Customer-oriented with passion, patience and care
• Stable, eager to learn, patience & able to work independently;
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Work in Fanling Office
