Job duties

We are an internationally established wholesaler of quality gemstones based in Hong Kong and China, located at Hung Hom, its principal engaged in colored stone and jewelry business.

To cope with our business expansion, now we are looking for a high caliber candidate to fill-in the following position:

Responsibilities

·           Assist to handle daily treasury operation, and the preparation of cheques and T/T

·           Assist to maintain full set of accounts record (include receipts and payment vouchers, bank  

         reconciliations and cross check with inter-companies transaction)

·           Ensure accurate data input in a timely manner, familiar with MYOB

·           Assist in preparing the group companies month-end closing management reports and analysis

·           Limited out-door work

·           Handle ad hoc jobs and other administrative work as assigned

·           Candidate with less experiences will consider for the post of Accounts Clerk

Requirements:

        ·          Tertiary college / Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Management equivalent

·           Proactive, self-motivated and well organized

·           Analytical, articulated and result-oriented who can effectively communicate with all levels across

         the organization

·           Hands-on, reliable, mature and independent

·           Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese is essential

·           Computer literate is essential – MYOB is a plus

·           Immediate available is preferred

·           Fresh graduate will be considered
