Job dutiesGreat opportunity to join a Luxury Jewellery brand for a Commercial Head role with global market exposure! Client Details Our client is a Luxury Jewellery Brand with great reputation in the market. With their rapid business expansion, they are now looking for a Commercial Director overseeing their Merchandising, Operations & Commercial P&L in global market. Description - Manage commercial strategy in driving sales performance, operation excellence, business efficiency and people development
- P&L ownership of the Commercial Department, managing Merchandising, Sales & Marketing and Retail Operations teams
- Drive a productive team culture and bring value to the brand globally
- Define and manage brand commercial standard and business models in different markets and monitor performance
- Set wholesale & retail strategy in achieving sales targets and assortment strategy in driving sales & healthy inventory level
- Work cross functionally with other departments to improve retail performance, store operations, business development
- Identify team development needs and provide directions
- Responsible for new store opening projects
Profile
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- 15 years+ experience in Luxury Retail Brand management, including Retail Merchandising, P&L management
- Entrepreneurial and strong leadership skills, able to motivate team performance
- Proactive, open-minded, willing to take challenges
- Strong analytical skills and commercial sense
- Highly fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
