Our client, a well-known Macau entertainment group, is now hiring an Assistant Slot Manager
 (Ref: 421-210251-CM) to join their Macao team.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure the operation complies with the company rules and policies
• Devise market initiatives and enhance service level to garner impressive business results and maximize competitiveness
• Manage weekly ticket and money note clearance arrangement
• Arrange modification, maintenance and installation of all slot machines
• Conduct staff training and performance review
• Cooperate with other departments, including Administration, Guest Services, Cashier, Maintenance, IT etc.

Job Requirements:

• Macau ID holder
• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 4 years' related working experience in which 2 years in supervisory role
• Familiar with the casino operations and related products
• Attentive to details, proactive and possess sense of ownership at work
• Skilled communication in both English and Chinese
• Able to work in shifts
