Our client, a world-renowned digital product giant, is now seeking a Senior Supervisor to join a winning team in Macau.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a Customer Service Centre
- Negotiate and communicate with dealers on sales
- Participate in marketing activities including the whole procedure of sales channel management
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers to maximize business growth and profits
- Perform front desk support to customers’ inquiries and provide customer services when short-staffed
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Macau ID Holder
- Diploma, degree or above
- Minimum 3 years Sales and Marketing experience, preferably with consumer products marketing skills
- Competent people management skills with strong marketing mind
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Good command in both English and Mandarin
