Our client, a leading life insurance organisation in Asia Pacific is now hiring a bancassurance sales manager to join their Macau team.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff and various KPIs for designated branches/district
• Monitoring and assist in achieving business goal for Bancassurance department and bank branches
• Provide on-going training and targeted coaching if necessary for frontline staffs on topic of product, sales technique, objection handling etc.
• Supporting daily operations and application processing
• Monitor
• Handling enquiries from bank’s frontline staffs
• Develop solid relationship among bank’s district managers, branch managers and frontline staffs
• Communicate all marketing and sales programs to bank’s frontline staff and ensure the awareness and participation
• Execute compliance duties with company’s rule and regulation
• Organize localized bank sales events and attend bank sales activities

Job Requirements

• Macau ID Holder
• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 5 years in insurance sales experience, with bank’s frontline experience is preferable
• With knowledge and skills in providing training program for ba’s sales staff is an advantage
• With Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1 &  3

• Good spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
