Job Responsibilities:  
o   Prepare cheques, T/T forms and update of bank books
o   Process claims and reimbursement of office expenses
o   Responsible for voucher preparation and computer system data entry
o   Responsible for general accounting entries (AP, AR, bank reconciliation, debit note etc.) and data input 
o   Assist in month-end closing 
o   Ensure accurate accounting entries and timely report generation
o   Maintain good accounting filing system
o   Assist in the administrative work
o   Undertake ad hoc projects as required
 
Job Requirements:
 
o   Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage 
o   Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
o   Knowledge of computerized accounting system e.g. MYOB / Multiable/ Flex System is an added advantage
o   Independent, self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, attentive to details and willing to work under pressure and overtime
