Our client, is the world’s top faming systems company with more than 300, 000 machines in 600 gaming locations worldwide. They are now hiring a system training specialist to join their Macau team.

Job Responsibilities

• Review all training equipment related to companies product
• Provide full administrative support and prepare for training courses
• Represent the trainer to monitor the whole training program with the modules within company’s product lines
• Update the latest product of the company
• Schedules and sells training for customers
• Maintains and updates existing training material, which includes, but is not limited to, course content, visual aids, videotapes, user manuals, and PowerPoint presentations
• Acts as a liaison with the customers and maintain an excellent relationships

Job Requirements

• Macau ID Holder
• Minimum of  3 years experience on IT / training / gaming industry, preferably on Casino Marketing / Table / Junket operation
• Degree / Master in Training Management / Gaming
• Casino operations and gaming experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written skills, as well as public speaking and presentation skills are a must
