| Position Requirement: |
|
** 5-days work; Mon to Fri 9am – 6:00pm **
- Solid
experience of international, manufacturing garment construction standards
especially Sweater wear category
- Lead QA
team/ Technical team in China & HK
- Ability
to ensure a high standard of quality in relation to fit and workmanship on
all styles of the SWEATER categories
- Knowledge
of international quality standards (including ISO9000, TQM etc)
- Ability
to communicate technical solutions to patternmakers and head sewers
- Working
directly with the design team, in-house pattern makers and
merchandise/production team to oversee samples and manufacturing liaison
- Establishment
of a formal pps and production approval process and overseeing the
implementation of the process
- Establishment
of a quality manual which includes garment construction, fabric testing
(interlining test) quality control and finishing standards
- Train
& mentor technical / QC team and technicians (design) to improve
skills and quality standards
- Willing
travel to PRC/ EEC if needed
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
- Location : TST
