| Position Requirement: |
Sales & Marketing Manager (garment trims / garment accessories trading)
- Degree / Tertiary / Diploma or equivalent
- good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin an advantage
- minimum 5 years sales / marketing / merchandising experience in garment accessories / garment trims
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- strong in building up and maintaining relationship with key clients
- sales oriented, customer focused
- strong leadership and management skills to manage sales team
- reporting to the General Manager
- fully responsible for sales, marketing and merchandising duties of the Company
- leading a small sales & marketing team including sales executives & merchandisers
- leading the Team to provide professional merchandising and client service to customers
- leading new product / business development
- grow existing clients & develop new clients
- ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of the Team
- leading, coaching and training the Team
- China / Offshore trip if needed
