The job:
Ø To deliver project management service including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution, risk management and progress reporting
Ø To manage the resources planning, allocation and cost control
Ø To organize and attend meeting to report progress and resolve any project related issues
Ø To prepare project correspondence such as written communication, meeting agenda and minutes
Ø To ensure the project milestones/deliverables to be completed on time and meet the required quality standard
The requirement:
Ø Degree holder in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer/Electronic Engineering
Ø 6 years’ IT working experience of which 2 years in IT project management
Ø Experienced in delivering large scale projects, Cisco IPT deployment or upgrade
Ø Experience in managing the whole project lifecycle from requirements gathering, analysis, development, UAT and production release
Ø Holder of Prince2 or PMP certification will be an advantage
Ø High level of initiative, able to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
Ø Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and fast learner
Ø High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Ø Holder of Macau ID card is preferred
