Responsibilities :

• Identify and introduce new products to meet business objectives
• Formulate and implement marketing plan to achieve monthly and annual target
• Implement the strategic marketing plan for potential products to markets with B2B perspectives
• Develop and drive effective programs on product development to support business objectives
• Allocate, manage and control the promotion budget with an objective to maximize promotional effectiveness & ROI

Requirements :

• University degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline.
• At least 5-8 years marketing experience in FMCG industry either in principal or distributor, of which 3-5 years at managerial level.
• Preferably with product development and management experience in FMCG products.
• Aggressive and able to work under pressure with a strong business sense.
• Candidate with B2B experience in FMCG products will be an advantage
• Strong business and marketing sense, presentable, organised and sociable.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) are essential.
