Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Assist the Head in finance operations matters including billing, settlement and credit control
• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
• Assist with financial and tax audits
• Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
• Other projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a Degree in Accounting and/or Professional Qualification in accountancy
• Must be a member of HKICPA or equivalent
• 6-8 years relevant working experience (including handling mini projects) of which at least 2 years in external audit, in big 4 CPA is an advantage.
• Excellent business sense, critical and analytical attitude, with ability to act as advisor to local management
• Able to work flexibly in a dynamic and diverse environment, works well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Knowledge and experience in using SAP would be an added advantage
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
