Job Duties職責: - Serve food & beverage to members and guests 為會員及其客人提供餐飲服務
- Ensure accuracy of orders including menu details 確保點菜無誤
- Present wine list and recommend beverage or wine as required 為客人提供酒牌及餐飲或餐酒意見
- Shift duties需輪班工作
Requirements 工作要求: - At least 1 year’s food & Beverage service experience 1年或以上高級餐廳和會所相關的經驗
- Basic knowledge in food and beverage 對酒和食物有基本知識
- Good communication skills in both English& Cantonese能操流利中英語
- Passionate about customer service良好的服務態度
- Excellent personal skills, punctual and well presented 良好的人際關係技巧、守時及做事有條理
- Positive, friendly and enjoys interacting with people積極、友善、俱團隊合作精神
- Self motivated and disciplined願意努力工作
- Basic Wine knowledge an advantage 俱有酒類知識更佳
