| Position Requirement: |
Purpose
- Maintenance of full sets of accounts, preparing periodic management accounts and financial reports
- Data Entry in Agresso, Payments processing and invoicing
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts including data entry, book-keeping, reporting and banking.
- Familiar with Hong Kong Taxation Ordinance and Compliance
- Knowledge in Employment Ordinance, MPF ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
- Basic book-keeping and Accounting data entry for AR /AP, Invoicing, Petty Cash
- Attention to details and be able to deliver accurate output
- High levels of initiative, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and be a team player
- Be able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel
- Prior experience of working on Agresso or similar accounting package an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
