Position Requirement: |
BASIC FUNCTION:
- Assist General Manager and provide full range of secretarial and administrative support.
- Assist General Manager in all business development, project management & personal matters.
- Work with General Manager on marketing activities and coordinate with external parties on promotion campaigns such as advertising and exhibition.
- Maintain General Manager’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meeting, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing enquiries in a professional manner and assist with follow-up as required.
- Responsible for providing professional HR services including payroll, MPF and Insurance.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have at least one year’s relevant working experience.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, organization and time management skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
