- 定時檢查與保持店內食品的供應量、食品安全及衛生的控制
- 切實執行成本的控制,提升及改善廚房的工作流程及程序
- 培訓屬下員工
要求:- 曾擔任管理連鎖式日式餐廳之主廚
- 熟悉廚務部的日常運作及監督
- 具有衛生經理/ 督導員認可証書
- 良好的領導能力、積極主動、具責任感
