Diploma holder or above in Accounting/ Administration or related disciplineMinimum 5 years’ working experience in accounting/ administrative field in Hong KongExcellent command of written and spoken English to communicate with expatriates of all levelsGood command of MS Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook & Word)Proficiency in Sage ACCPAC and/ or Peach Tree is highly preferableAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionConfident, detail-oriented, flexible, positive, strong analytical thinking and self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skill  Proven working experience in small office and multi-cultural companiesExperience in CRM is a bonus    Job Duties: 
Assistant to Accounting Manager in performing accounting duties such as processing purchase request, data entry, filing, preparing expense reports, facilitating bank payments and etc.Assistant to Office Manager to provide administrative duties in reception, office maintenance, travel arrangement (flight & hotel bookings) and etc.Maintain client & supplier database and data entry to CRM systemClerical support to expatriate management if necessaryOccasional travelling in Hong Kong and China if necessaryHandling ad-hoc tasks and assignmentImmediate availability is preferred    Offer:
