Qualifications
1) Degree or diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
2) At least three (3) years relevant working experience in HR and Administration
3) Good knowledge in the latest Employment Ordinance, Employment (Amendment) Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and all other HR related laws & regulations in Hong Kong
4) Independent, self motivated, attentive to details, positive mindset to drive changes and achieve continuous improvement
5) Mature in nature, good communication & interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
6) Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
7) Knowledge in data processing and manual preparation essential
Responsibilities
HR & Administrative Officer, directly reporting to the Senior Business Resources Officer (SBRO), is responsible for:-
a) performing the full spectrum of HR services such as compensation and benefits, training, recruitment, performance appraisal, employee relations, staff activities, etc.
- Payroll calculation
- Staff recruitment process
- Leave management
- HR program, personnel data processing and recording
- Staff development activities
- Periodical reports and analysis
b) assisting in formulation and review of HR policies and procedures
c) performing office administration duties such as equipment and premise maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, purchasing, insurance, etc.
d) handling outdoor jobs such as documentation delivery / pick up, escorting applicants or company guest etc.
e) handling other continuous improvement projects, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by his/her direct superiors and the Company
Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as Assistant HR & Administrative Officer
