| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities - Provide 1st level support on desktop PCs, notebook, telephones, printers and audio/visual equipment
- Perform regular system monitoring and data backup
- Troubleshoot PC LAN and workstations
- Responsible for installation of PCs, software installation/updates, and other internal systems
- Support and particulate infrastructure related projects
Requirements - Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information System, or related discipline
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows 7, 10 , Microsoft Office 2013, TCP/IP Network, Database and Active Directory
- Strong analytical, problem solving skill
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and good customer service skill
- Able to work with multi-tasks and under pressure with tight work schedule
- Good command of Cantonese and English
- 1 year working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
