Responsibilities:
Responsible and familiar with front desk duties including check in/out, reservations, registration, cashier, handling customer enquiries and complaints and records keeping.
To follow up with the job assignment and ensure hotel revenue is properly recorded.
To provide one-stop comprehensive and high quality guest services for customer.
Requirements:
Diploma / Certificate holder or equivalent in Hospitality Management
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Enthusiastic, positive, people-oriented and pleasant personality
