| Position Requirement: |
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange export shipments to Asia Pacific customers
- Liaise with different Freight Forwarder, Express Company for import / export shipments
- Lodge import / export trade declaration (Tradelink)
- Record all transaction in management program
- Work in close cooperation with warehouse team
- Process document archiving
- Participate actively to ISO Quality System
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Logistics / Business or above
- Relevant experience in logistics field is appreciated
- Knowledge and experiences of shipment booking and pre-alert handling
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good team player, proactive working attitude, willing to share workload and help others
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Working location: Hong Kong International Airport area
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Knowledge of ISO quality system is preferable
